By proceeding with your order, you confirm that all personal and vehicle details provided are accurate and complete. Any undisclosed vehicle modifications discovered on the installation day may require additional custom work to facilitate the proper installation of our product(s). In such cases, extra labor or modifications will be at the customer’s expense and must be paid on the day of service as a separate invoice.
Due to the custom nature of our products, our current estimated wait time is approximately 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Orders will be dispatched as soon as they are ready. All orders are dispatched from our facility in 2/64 Halifax Dr, Davenport WA 6230 and are shipped via StarTrack or Australia Post. If you have not received a tracking number via email, your order is still in production. Once dispatched, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you.
Delivery timeframe: Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days within metro areas. Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer. Delivery times depend on the carrier’s service schedule.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Due to a limited window for changes, we recommend calling rather than emailing to ensure urgent handling.

Delivery charges vary depending on the product and shipping location. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your selected items and destination. For international orders, please reach out to us to obtain a shipping quote.
We take every precaution to package our products securely for transit. However, unforeseen circumstances during delivery may result in damage. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend adding postage insurance to your order.
If your product arrives damaged and you have purchased postage insurance, we will replace the item as a priority.
If you did not purchase postage insurance, we cannot be held responsible for transit damage. However, we offer repairs at the customer’s expense.
To file a claim: Contact our team within 72 hours of receiving your item.
Orders exceeding 10 weeks are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 3 days of purchase: Refunds are available; however, a 10% processing fee will be deducted.
After 3 days, refunds are no longer available, as production has begun.
No refunds will be issued for lost or damaged products.
